This Privacy Policy applies to the FansSpace websites and mobile apps where it appears. It describes how Focus Media Communications Inc.("we," "us," or "our") treats personal information we collect from our customers and visitors.

We collect information from and about you

We may collect the following information:

• Contact information. For example, your name and street address. We may also collect your phone number or email.
• Payment and billing information. For example, payment card details and billing postal code when you buy products from our shop. Card data is typically processed by our payment providers (Authorize.net / Chase Payment Solutions); we do not encourage you to email card numbers to us.
• Information you post. For example, comments or uploads you share in a public space on our website, in the FansSpace app (such as event photos and videos), or on a third-party social platform connected to our Services. Event uploads may be reviewed before they appear in a public fan feed.
• Community activity. For example, events you follow or RSVP to, reactions and comments on approved posts, lookbooks you create, waitlist sign-ups, and digital guide unlocks tied to your account.
• Demographic and preference information. We may collect information about events you follow or products you buy, including through surveys or in-app activity.
• Technical and usage information. If you use our website or app, we may collect information about your device or browser, referring site, pages viewed, and where you go after leaving our site.

We collect information in different ways

• Directly from you. For example, when you buy products, create an account, contact support, post a comment, or upload content in the app.
• Passively. We use tracking tools such as browser cookies and similar technologies. To learn more and manage them, see the Ad Choices section below.
• From third parties. For example, if you use an integrated social feature, that platform may share certain information (such as name or email). Activity on our Services may also be shared back to those platforms according to your settings there.

How we use information

• To respond to your requests. We use your information to fulfill orders, confirm requests, and provide the services you asked for.
• To improve products and services. We may customize your experience, including content based on your preferences.
• To understand trends and interests. We may use information to improve our website, app, and catalog, and may combine information we receive from you with information from third parties.
• For security. We may use information to protect Focus Media Communications Inc., our customers, and our Services.
• For marketing. We may send information about promotions, new features, or products when you have opted in — for example by joining our newsletter. Completing a purchase does notautomatically enroll you in marketing emails. If FansSpace fulfils an order for a merchant's Shopify or Roblox store, that customer's data is used only to manufacture, deliver and support that order — not for FansSpace marketing unless they separately opt in.
• For transactional communications. For example, emails about your account, order, shipment, this policy, or our Terms and Conditions.
• As otherwise permitted by law.

We may share information with third parties

• Within Focus Media Communications Inc.. We may share information among teams and affiliates of Focus Media Communications Inc. that help operate FansSpace.
• Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services for us — for example, payment processing, hosting, analytics, customer support, or order fulfillment and shipping. Current processors for FansSpace may include: Authorize.net / Chase (payment processing), Supabase (accounts, newsletter lists, event data), Cloudflare (CDN and media storage), and Google or OpenStreetMap (address autocomplete suggestions while you type a shipping address — suggestion queries are sent to those providers; the address you confirm is used to fulfill your order).
• Business partners. This may include partners offering deals or promotions. Partners use information as described in their own privacy policies.
• Legal and protection purposes. We may share information to comply with law, respond to a court order or subpoena, cooperate with a government or investigatory request, or investigate potential fraud or security issues.
• Business transfers. We may share information with a successor to all or part of our business (for example, in a sale or reorganization).
• Other disclosures. If we need to share your information for a reason not described here, we will inform customers before doing so where required.

Your choices about how we use your information

• Promotional emails. To stop promotional messages, use the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing email. Requests may take about 10 days to process. You will still receive transactional messages such as order confirmations, support replies, and shipping updates.
• Update or delete account information. Where an account is available, log in and update your profile, or email support@fansspace.com. We make changes as soon as we can. Information may remain in backup systems for a period. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain why. Access requests will be answered within 30 days where applicable.

Ad Choices

We or our vendors may use common tracking tools, including browser cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies. We use these tools to:

• Recognize new or returning customers
• Keep you signed in if you register on our sites
• Improve our website and app
• Serve advertising we think may interest you, including based on activity on our Services and, where permitted, other sites (online behavioral advertising)
• Better understand customer and visitor interests

Your browser may let you control cookies. Blocking cookies may cause some features of our sites not to work. Some browsers also offer settings for tracking preferences and third-party cookies. Where we use local storage or similar technologies that are not managed through standard browser cookie settings, check your device or browser help documentation for controls.

We may work with advertising partners to show relevant ads on our Services or on other companies' sites. Those ads may use information collected by us or third parties.

These sites and apps are not intended for children

Our sites and apps are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. We use standard security measures

We maintain security measures appropriate to the type of information collected. The Internet is not 100% secure, and we cannot promise that your use of our sites will be completely safe. Use caution online, including not sharing your passwords.

Our Services may link to sites or services we do not control. This policy does not apply to those third parties. Read their privacy policies carefully. We are not responsible for their practices.
